We offer to you a spacious, state of the art gym, with a modern environmental control system. The cardio-zone of the club is represented by treadmills, velosimulators and elliptical machines. These training machines are equipped with intelligent monitoring for optimal heart rate. In our club all the training machines are made by well-known Italian manufacturer – Panatta.
Our gym has 3 zones:
The free weight zone is made up of dumbbells from 5 to 125 pounds, rods from 20 to 110 pounds, rods completed with considerable quantity of adulterants of the different weights, and also the training apparatus, allowing to carry out the basic exercises safely;
The block training zone will allow you to train all the muscles of your body and to work each group of muscles separately.
Simulators allow you to adjust (decrease/increase) the range of motion during training; they have an optimal design in terms of biomechanics, which will satisfy the requirements of beginners, as well as competitive athletes and bodybuilders.

Elliptic machines literally make adjustments to the laws of gravity. The main advantage of training on it is a significant reduction of the shock load on the back and joints compared with walking or jogging. The target muscle group can be "loaded" by changing the angle of the machine frame.
Upright exercise bikes provide a cardio and muscle workout of the lower extremities.
Horizontal exercise bikes provide full support the back; it is located at the correct angle and has an anatomic profile, providing total comfort.
Workout levels are can be adjusted depending on your experience in the gym. The help of instructors will direct you to the most optimal way to achieve results and enhance your health!
Professional instructors are always in the exercise room. They can answer any questions you may have. Before the training process the instructor will hold an introduction. At any time you like our instructors will provide personal training. They will help you to choose the training program according to your wishes and individual characteristics.

The instructor will develop an individual training program taking into account the specifics of your body, help to shape your body, calculate the optimal load, will give general advice on nutrition.
Personal training is the responsibility of the instructor during training for:
